EOS Agent LOA (Letter of Authorization) permits Extended Office Solutions Inc. to request CSR (Customer Service Records) on behalf of the customer or to make changes to customer existing accounts. CSR’s are often requested by new carriers to ensure proper porting of customer telephone numbers. Word document can be edited by customer to identify specific permissions and the duration of the LOA to be in effect.
